The language specialist will be responsible for providing cross-functional language support in a variety of sourcing/category management events. Almost immediately after joining corporation, the language specialists are assigned to streams of project-based work in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Market Intelligence and Category Management trough opportunity assessments and supporting the development of detailed, fact-based business cases.

As a member of the sourcing/category management team, Duties may also include:
- Performing data collection
- Developing total cost of ownership baselines for our customers’ external purchases
- Conducting supply market research and benchmarking
- Creating, managing and analyzing RFP’s (Request for Proposals)
- Developing new sourcing tools/methods
- Performing numerous problem-solving functions to ensure client satisfaction with corporation’s services
- Category and supplier performance management
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, independent self-starter that thrives on challenge and delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate must possess a desire to learn and deliver as a true team player.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
-University graduates with majors in Spanish. Overseas educational background in Spain will be preferred
- Strong multi-phase project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Adaptable communication ability to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers
- Excellent communication skills – Fluent written and verbal in both Spanish and Mandarin including formal presentation skills; Good English will be a plus
